Marie's Postcard Collection.
This is Vulcon the Iron God. It
says on the card he weighs 120,000 pounds and is the largest cast iron statue
in the world, with the exception of the Statue of Liberty. It is the tallest statue in America. It is on Red Mountain, overlooking
Birmingham. It looks like he is
shouting to all his worshipers in the iron and steel community: "WORK HARDER YOU FOOLS! OR FEEL MY WRATH!"
