a Rolling Stone

We saw the 2nd part of a Bob Dylan thing on PBS-TV tonight. He was so young, so child like, and next he is now, my age. Aged and wrinkled. Boy, has he changed!
The show brought back many memories. Yes indeed, many memories.

During the show, the present old man Dylan would be asked what he was thinking when he did something that we were just shown. And the old Dylan told what he must have been thinking - speaking as a detached third person that was not really involved with this youthful poet who made beautiful songs and resented interviews. But it was kind of abstract that the 3rd party was at one the time the 1st party, and he was giving what seemed to be an uneducated opinion about why he did something certain like write a certain song. "It's confusin' if it t'wert amusin'" - L'l Abner.
