Look! Here is a handsome young man taking his oath to be in the Navy back in 1962. After that it went downhill, until July the 9th 1965, then it got better again. Strange, I wonder why?
PS, I put essentially the same post on Facebook. I noticed Lee Moss liked it. He should, he probably took the picture. He was already in the Navy, working in NAS Atlanta's Personnel Office. He did things like make Navy ID cards, finger printing, and making dog tage.
