This picture is labeled “Mary Garrett wife of John Garrett”.
Of course, it is unlikely that Mary, wife of John Garrett,
would also have Garrett as a surname.
I went to my genealogy program and found that I am related to
about 8 John Garretts. But only one with
a wife name Mary.
This lady might be Mary Elvira “Polly” Osborn, daughter of
James and Ann Johnson Osborn. Mary is
married to John Garretr, born 1832, son of William, Jr., and Jane Stroud
Garrett.:
