The mentally unstable folks should be happy. They have gun ownership rights just like everyone else. Everybody is equal! You innocent citizens shouldn't worry, you can buy mail order bullet proof vests and jackets. And you can learn to duck and crawl on your stomach when the situations call for it. You just need to learn to go with the flow, that's all.
