Note: Sometimes I think I make a mistake and things are presented just opposite than I copy them, like the below is a good example. Anyway, This story was written by editor Harvey Kurtzman. You may not be aware that before Harvey created MAD he edited and wrote two of EC's War Comics. In the long run, to make more money he created MAD comicbook. But then he dopped the war comics?? How's that making more money? I think the mass increase in viewers too care of hat.
So, with Kurtzman here making fun of war comics, is he making fun of himself?
