Every day is NATIONAL BLAME SOMEONE ELSE DAY. Watch the politicians. The Republicans and conservatives blame the Democrats and liberals and the Democrats and liberals blame the Republicans and conservatives. The President blames Congress and the Senate, and visa - versa. Sometimes I think it is what makes the world go around. The earth might tilt the wrong way and hurl into the Sun if suddenly everybody agreed on everything.
But today is special. It gives a positive look at blaming someone else. Who is to blame for that?
