That's right! I would be a fool to let this opportunity to go by.
Another offer was waiting this morning - they must know I am a sharp businessman.
Sure, when I make all this money I'll float you a loan.

I read just a few days ago where some man in Washington State (I believe it was) just got took for $400,000+ in one of these deals. You just never can tell what some people will fall far. Also, I'm waiting on a follow up to your dealing with the water company over your water usage.
