This is THE SPIRIT again by the forces of Will Eisner. Some of The Spirit comics with Eisner's name was done by several artists in assembly line style - probably most.
They are good anyway. This one is sort of jazzy that deals with the supernatural. It reminds of the song "FRANKIE AND JOHNNIE"; "He did her ♪ wrong." And all that kind of jazz.
