Judy Hicks and husband Steve Tolbert. I knew Judy's father Dudley Hicks and aunt Regina long before I knew her. They owned Hicks' Groceries. They wisely knew to keep their eyes on us young folks.
Remember, the Varner Reunion will be May the 10th this year.
