Desert Snow

Because us corn-fed Georgians get so bent out of shape when we get a little snow, G sent these pictures of her front and back yard in the desert in Nevada to let us know we are not the only ones to get a good dose of rare snow.

By the way, I hummed the title of this post in the same tune that "Wild Flower" was sung.

Eddie, thanks. We used my neighbor's digital for these. Few days later, Tom decided we had to get one of our own. It's a Canon power shot. We're still trying to figure out how to work it.

It's like a 70-year old couple deciding to go back to college.

G, I know. Anna recently bought a camera and we are like the privates in 2001 SPACE ODESSY that creeps up to the magical big block and reach out and touch it and then runs off grunting and screaming.
It is going to take us a while to learn how to use it.

Hey, thanks to you, I was able to tell Tom where to find a "portal". That was a while back when you were telling me about your "flick" camera.
