Tis the season to be frightful, scary, and creepy. Trying to fit in with the spirit of the current holidays folks. This story comes straight out of EC's THE VAULT OF HORROR #34, and the orginal publishing date is unclear (to me). The artist is Graham "Ghastly" Ingels. Instead of saying, "Ho HO!" like the other big holiday, I will say, "Heh Heh"., and rub my hands together.
