Today at the end of the Braves’ Winner Parade those who wanted could say a few words. I never have paid much attention to them this year. But I must say I was impressed. They reminded me of a bunch fun-loving adolescents straight from ANIMAL HOUSE or MASH. They were having a good time plus good at what they did.
Joe Peterson closed his statement saying like ‘FU*KING YEAH!”
They were good and had character and did not give a hoot!
Oh, did I mention the players of the BRAVES has a wind collectors' club? Also, did I mention that Joe Peterson wears a pearl necklace for good luck?
