Atherton Park is
probably the most enlighten spot in Marietta .
It is in back of a coffee shop.
Young people hang around, sip coffee, read, make notes, strum their guitars, you
know, bohemian kind of stuff, like think.
Atherton Park is named after a Marietta the late Mayor, Howard "Red" Atherton.
The above pictures were taken early one Sunday Morning on one of my downtown ramblings. The moment of the pictures taking session no one was around. No self acclaimed bohemian would be caught up so early.
