This was ripped from page of HUMBGUG #6, which was published in 1958. The satire was wrtitten by Larry Siege. You can see who were household words in 1958 - you don't think they would make up quotes from a nobody do you?

Also on the 2nd and 3rd pages is a sequential cartoon by Bleechman of a White Christmas which has a message.
