Trickled-Down or Pissed -On Theory

I paid our Georgia Power bill this morning.  Looking over the statement reminded me that we pay each one dollar additional each month for Project SHARE Donation.  It helps with the cost of lower income people's power bills.

That seems the right thing to do.

HOWEVER!!  As I hear from many people of higher income it is just as important , if not more important for the wealthy to have breaks too, so they will have more money to spend, thus generating the "Trickle Down Economy"  The theory is that the more rich people get the more they might spend on , which us average and low income will benefit from an increase in consumer spending.

Maybe we could help with their power bills like we do for lower income people.
