We picked up a new pair of glasses at our optometrist’s today
that was ordered a week ago. The lady
technician was taking care of me while her new male coworker was taking care of
a mother and her young daughter.
The male technician was positive to the young girl and her
mother.
The eye-glasses department is adjacent to the optometrist’s waiting
area,
An elderly lady could not hold herself down any longer. She walked the 5 or 6 feet over and complemented
the male technician on being so positive.
You could tell he made her day.
Later outside the business I gave her a big smile, hoping
she would see that I endorsed what she said back there.
She looked straight through me.
