Far Side Gary Larson & KNUCKLE SANDWICH

 

There is a deli close by that is named KNUCKLES. 

I think it is a chain by the signs and menu print.  I wondered why did they name it KNUKLES?

Then I remembered a Far Side cartoon by Gary Larson.
