Today is the
U.S. Marines birthday. November 10, 1775
is considered their birth date because that is when the Continental Congress made them official. They are about eight months older than the
United States.
They are part still part of the
U.S. Navy, ..right?
Unlike the
other armed forces the Marines seems to promote brotherhood among
themselves. It is like a fraternity or a
huge family.
