Who the Heck is Annie Duesse?

Lady of Mystery.  On the back of this pictures reads "Mrs. Duesse Annie"  I cannot find a Duesse in my genealogy program's index.  It was in Marie's collection of Prance relatives pictures.  Have you heard or her?
