This is
Blackjack Mountain. I took this picture
from the Witcher Street Parking Deck next door to Kennestone Hospital.
There are four mountains in the area, Blackjack Mountain, Kennesaw Mountain, Lost Mountain, and Sweat Mountain. Or it could be six mountains if you count the
Kennesaw Mountain ridge and two mountains, Big Kennesaw Mountain and Little
Kennesaw Mountain. and also count the
big hill called Bushy Mountain. And
wait! Another one I forgot, Pine
Mountain! CSA General Leonidas Polk, was blown away by a yankee cannon
ball, literally blown away when he was
hit on Pine Mountain. There is a
monument there to point out the spot. There
may be more mountains in Cobb County but I can't think of them.
