Here is a Fabulous Furry Freak Brothers story that they get sort of rough. Usually they are peace loving hippies trying to make ends meet and score a little mj. Anyway, it has a nice suprise ending that explains everything, which has been used since the beginning of literature I think. The Fabulous Furry Freak Brothers was created and drawn by Gilbert Shelton. He was one of the orginator innovators of the Underground Comix movement.
