It has been a while since we have been on Windy Hill Road. It has changed a lot. Years ago, our oldest son worked at a certain
place that we were trying to spot it to see if we recognized it or not. I think we did. But maybe not, the bank next door looked different.
Which reminds me of a time one morning when our son was
getting out of his car to cross the parking lot into his office place. While he was doing this a saw a man leave
the bank next door, walk into our son’s employer’s parking lot, and opened a
door to a car and was about to get in when our son interrupted him and informed
him he could not park there, he needed to park in the bank’s parking lot. Our son is a stickler for rules. I think they had polite words about the misunderstanding and both men
went their separate ways.
Minutes later our son was surrounded by police and other law
enforcers.
The man had just robbed the bank next door, where he should
have parked.
