I came across this story today while doing family research. It is one of those interesting type stories of human interest that you come across from time to time. Before publishing it here, I took away the last names and altered some of the first names..... you don't need to know them anyway. The story is the same with or without the names:
Jim died as a result of a gunshot wound in the head and stomach. The shooting occurred at their home after an argument. Ralph, Elizabeth (Ralph's aunt) and Vernon (Jim's brother-in-law) went to Jim's home to get some furniture that apparently to belonged to Elizabeth. Jim refused to let Ralph in, but agreed t let Vernon get the furniture. Jim was shot after he hit Ralph with a stick. Ralph turned himself in to the sheriff.
