HAPPY SUPER BOWL DAY!
I heard yesterday that Thanksgiving and the SUPER BOWL parties
are the top food consumptions days with Christmas coming in a close third.
But there are dining differences between Thanksgiving and
SUPER BOWL. At a Thanksgiving meal you
are more likely to be with family and give thanks for the food you are about to
partake in and you stand a better chance
of eating a balanced meal.
With watching sports either as a spectator in the stands or
on TV you will probably be surrounded with buddies and will probably eat
comfort junk food and who would think to give thanks in a rooting and cheering environment?
In one there will most likely be too much alcohol consumed,
a lot of screaming, and name calling and
maybe even a fist fight or two… wait, that could be in either group!
