Do you recognize these steps going steep up which hill? I instantly knew it. It goes from Fairground Street up the steep hill and then you would cross South Cobb Drive and enter Lockheed's huge parking lot and report for work. Lots of people from the Marietta Place apartments would commute to work at Bell Bomber this way. As kids we played a lot in the woods close by. Sometimes if we came across a big carboard box we would carry it up to the top of the hill and roll down the steep hill, more tumbling than rolling. We are lucky we lived.
