All that foam reminds me of the civic center fountain on what was then Clay Street, not that I ever put soap in it. "That would have be wrong," as Tricus Dickus said. (He also founded the EPA and pushed for a government guaranteed minimum income. OK, Watergate was wrong, but were we really better off with Gerald Ford?)
