Chinese New Year

Chinese New Years reminds me the time we saw a small ad in the paper for a Chinese Restaurant in Woodstock saying “She the Chinese News Years with us!” And also said buy one meal and get one free. Illustrated was confetti, somebody blowing a streamer, and more. I could picture us celebrating maybe in a paper dragon train…but I think buy one and get one free sold me. We went and we were the only customers there. Interesting, a naked Asian boy toddler kept an eye on us from the swinging kitchen door. Although we were the only people there that night. About two weeks later a drug deal went bad and one person was killed and a few wounded.
