Old Friends Fading Away

 

I took this picture at a GOBAG social sometime in the mid 20teens.  We labeled ourselves GOBAGS, AKA Good Old Boys (& Girl).  For a few years we met weekly at Horace Orr American Legion Post in Marietta.  

Last week I got word that Parks Groover had died.  Parks is on the right of the table with a plaid shirt.

Also years before the people at this  table who had died are Don Rrymer, Arnold Guest, and Terry Townsend.  Four in this picture of ten have died.

40% died over about a ten year period.
