Almost Deadly Alley

I think this is alley my Daddy was almost shot in when he was a Marietta Policeman and chasing a badguy downrown. The bad guy turned around, raised his gun, aimed, pull the trigger and "click!" Gun malfuction. Daddy arrested him.
