Hope Hicks said she told some "white lies" for President Trump. According to the news Trump wasn't happy about her saying that.
It had me to wonder, what is a white lie? I think it might be defined as a little lie, usually complementary and positive , that normally would not cause harm. Such as: "You look good today!" or "Your hair is a mess? I didn't notice."
Do some people tell white lies to keep in good standing with their boss?
I wonder if white lies like the ones below were ever told to one person to make him what he is today:
"You are a genius."
"You are a cool genius."
"You never brag or pat yourself on the back"
"You are better than every one else."
"You are the wisest person who ever lived."
"You can take on school terrorists by yourself!"
"If any news media, says anything against you, regardless of their proof, it is Fake News."
"You are a great lover."
"Women love it when you grab them by the pussy"
"You are hung like a horse."
