SUNDAY FUNNIES!! HUMBUG #1 FAR EAST

This cartoon is by Bleachman.  It is on the last page of the first issue of HUMBUG Satirical Magazine which was published in the late 1950s. 

Sadly the same cartoon would work today, about 50 years later.
