The Tuesday almost Evening or late Afternoon Good Old Boys Get-Together happened today. … or late this afternoon, or early this evening.
We came, looked at each other age, had a beer, talked, and went.
Our cook and chief organizer Monty could not come because of a sickness in his family but we collectively wished him and Kay and their family members the best.
Now, we wondered, with Monty absent what were we going to eat? Monty was in charge of all food – now what? As you can tell by these pictures most of us were so frail we needed food quickly to survive.
Jackie saved the day. He brought in a stack of hot Pizza Hut boxes all having that wonderful pizza aroma. It got us through another day.
Speaking of Jackie, he called Harry this morning. Jackie asked Harry what was he doing and he said he was getting ready for the Good Old Boys Get-Together. Now I know why Harry always looks so good: Maybe if I spent 6 hours sprucing and primping I would look good too.
