Yeppers. Duh!At LEAST they need to pass a training course and get a renewable license. I don't like the Gov't havin' it over me but that doesn't mean I want every lunatic with a "connection" bein' able to walk around armed & dangerous. Sadness...
I think training and a renewable license might work.Right now, the nuts have the advantage.
