This is Anna’s great grandparents. I have shown this before, but am still trying to get some more mileage out of it.
The picture was taken before 1928 (the year her great grandfather died). The picture was near Alpharetta, Georgia.
On the back of the picture gives the names of the couple and mentions they are standing behind the kitchen chimney. I bet they had a cooking system made of bricks. Sometimes in the days that gone by, the kitchen was in a separate little house away from the main house. I can not tell if this is the case here or not.
