To Do or Have Done, That is the question

 

Today we changed batteries in our smoke detectors.  I had to struggle lifting a heavy ladder from one to room.   At my age, twice, I had to sit down and get my breath.

Then I had to to lug the heavy ladder awkwardly down the stairs to its resting in the basement place and again sit down and catch my breath.

I told Anna I hope we remember tomorrow what we did today and not do it again.  It is on our “To Do List” to do tomorrow.
