A couple years ago it was disassembled with numbering the planks. It is the plan to reassemble in a new museum on the grounds of the Choestoe Museum in Union County. My two sons and I were lucky enough to walk inside the cabin. A long snake had molten on the rocks that jutted out from the fireplace.... sort of an eerie sight.
