Charles Brooks Foster

c1885 - Charles Brooks Foster (1856-1928). He married Ardella Catherine Vinson (1857-1933). They lived in the Milton/Alpharetta/Roswell, Georgia , area. He is Anna's great grandfather on her mother's side.
