You have to
give Congress credit. They take the
annual special days choosing and declarations very seriously. I can see why changing affordable care is a
piece of cake for them.
Today is
NATIONAL JUMPING FROG DAY and NATIONAL LEPRECHAUN DAY.
Of course,
to save money, we could combine days. We
could use a green frog, or a jumping Leprechaun.
