Mug Shot?

On the Any-Day-In-History website one of the entries for today November the 5th is:

"1872 Susan B Anthony fined $100 for trying to vote for Ulysses S Grant".

My first thought was she being arrested for trying to vote for Ulysses S. Grant?  That is what it says.
