I received this via email from my friend Par. Par and I both have what some may think an unbalanced appreciation comic art, focusing in on EC horror and MAD. And Par, was a very good comic book artist himself.

ReplyDeleteThank you. It was happy. Seven of us (family) met at Longhorn's. The cute little young blond waitress kept calling me "the birthday boy" and in the end, before she brought me a complementary birthday sundae she whispered to me, "Do you want us to sing too?" I said absolutely not. I think she knew I would say that.
I dont know how I missed your birthday but i missed it and I am sorry. And of course, happy belated birthday edwuardo.
