This picture was taken in about 1965/66 at Brasstown Bald,
Union County, Georgia, at the highest point in Georgia. My Navy friend Don from Chicago visited after
we both were released from active duty and I gave him the North Geogia Tour,
which included the highest point in Georgia.
Also at the base of the Ranger’s Lookout Tower, if one
checked the soil DNA they might find some of Don’s droplets lingering. Don insisted on taking taking a leak on the
highest point in Georgia, so he did.
When I repaid the visit in Chicago, I told him it would be
only right if I took a leak on top of the John Hancock Building or the Sears Tower. But I didn’t.
