Dickie Eugene Sorrells Was Buried Today

Anna and I are Facebook friends with Dickie’s widow Beth.  And Anna is almost related to Dickie.  We just discovered of their relation a couple years ago, going through some of Anna’s late mother’s notes and clippings. Technically, Dickie is first cousin, once removed, to Anna’s three late half-brothers.  So, I suppose Anna is technically Dickie half-first cousin, once removed.

Dickie was a Vietnam War Veteran.  He was buried today at Georgia National Memorial Cemetery, near Canton, Georgia.
