SUNDAY FUNNIES!! EC's PIRACY's SLAVE SHIP

EC Publishing Company's PIRACY did not last too many issues.  Why?  I think Quality.  EC comics were comics of quality and detail.  The public was ready for quality in comics.

I think the art in this story is by Graham Ingels (1915-1991).  Before PIRACY and other EC's tries at taste Graham well known for the ghoulish art in EC's horror line, such as TALES FROM THE CRYPT.  He became known as Ghastly Ingels.

When he left EC he moved to Florida, changed his name so fans could not track him down, and became a non-comic artist.
