As you know
it means to treat someone or something very carefully.
It comes
from the best gloves came from the smooth hides of young goats. Young goats, or kid, gloves were not worn for
manual labor. So to treat something with
"kid gloves" means it or they are getting the "gentle treatment".
But not the
Kid Goats.
