"Just like my Mom, went all around the world to be buried about 5 miles from where she was born- 97 years later. ", I had typed that before I read the comments. sorry eddie that my wife and I think alike!!!!!!!!!
This reminds me of the time I asked for directions in Louisiana. I got on the wrong road, and think I was heading to Oppolusas, but not really sure, so I stopped in a local gas/grocery store, looked to be about 100 years old. I asked the young girl working there, if I got down this road, will I eventually come to the interstate 61. She said," I don't know, I live the other direction."
Steve's mom was buried in a baptist churchyard about 1 mile from where she was born nearly 100 years earlier.
ReplyDeleteThere are those who don't stray far from the tree. I know, I am one of them.

ReplyDeleteOn week days I rarely go beyond my PO Box which is nine/tenths of a mile away.
