Insane Screaming and Laughter

I noticed a neighbor around the corner has rented a bunch of goats. I drove by their yard this morning and saw the goats, doing what they do best, eat. I also saw a light wire fence kept the goats in one area. Also, there were several cloth signs advertising the goats to clean up one’s yard for a reasonable price. Have you ever heard a goat holler? The sound is something like an insane laugh and a horrified scream. When I ran daily, I heard that blood curling sound every time I put on my shorts and went running.
